"I am a senior citizen and this was the first online class that I have ever taken. I was very apprehensive about taking the course, being concerned that when a problem occurs, not having the ability to call on an instructor to come over to my computer to give instructions.

"I have been very pleasantly surprised on how well the class went. The lessons were well written with a lot of detail and easy to follow. I had very few questions concerning the subject matter.

"The one problem I had was with the Elements 8 program not responding when the mouse hovered over an icon in the tool box. There were several questions to Sara who quickly answered with some suggestion of things to try. Unfortunately they did not work. She then did a search to see if she could find an answer to my problem. On the Yahoo Elements discussion group she mentioned that one of her students was having a problem. Unfortunately no one came back with an answer, other one person saying they were having the same problem. Even though the problem has continued, I feel that Sara did a very good job of trying to help me, even though the problem was not related to what she was teaching.

"I like the fact that students are interested in each other and when questions are asked they will offer suggestions and will comment on each others work. It is a very nice atmosphere."
