Redeeming Vouchers/Gift Certificates at LVS

To redeem your Voucher/Gift Certificate follow the instructions below.

NOTE: These instructions are for redeeming a voucher or a gift certificate. If you have a COUPON CODE to redeem, the instructions are different. Directions for redeeming coupon codes are located HERE.

Please write down the redemption code when you receive the message containing information about your voucher/gift certificate in case you have any problems.
There will be a link in that email message. It will look something like this:

Click on that link or copy it into your browser address bar to be taken to the registration area.
The gift certificate will be indicated as redeemed on the right side of the page:
Click on the "Continue" button. You will be taken to the LVS Registration main page.
Click on the My Account link at the top of the page and LOG IN to your LVS Account.
NOTE: If the gift certificate recipient is a new student, you must CREATE an LVS Account first. When finished, click on the "Continue" button.
Under the Available Courses section on the left, select a category then select the course you would like to register for.
After reading the course description, click on the "Add to Registration" button
Either add more classes to your registration or click on the "Register" button to check out. Continue with the registration process to select the preferred payment method.
NOTE: Notice the right side of the page indicates your Selected Course(s) and Gift Certificate Balance:
Tic the "use Gift Voucher account balance" box, and then the "Continue" button.
**Please note that you do NOT need to click the Redeem button if you followed the instructions above and see the Gift Certificate Balance on the right side of the browser window.

If you have not followed those instructions and do NOT see the Gift Certificate Balance, please follow the instructions in the Manual Redemption area below step 10**

NOTE: If there is a balance due after using the Gift Voucher, enter your credit card information & tic and that option, or tic the "Check/Money Order/PayPal" payment option before clicking the "Continue" button.
Continue with the registration process and be sure to click on the final "Confirm Registration" button to complete the registration. When the registration is complete, you will see the "Success" page. A registration confirmation will be sent to your email address.
NOTE: If you have a Spam Blocker or are an AOL user, add register@lvsassociates.com to your allowed senders list or you may not receive your email confirmation.

Manual redemtion
https://www.lvsassociates.com/register/ and log into your account. Register for your class(es) and when you get to the Checkout Payment page, enter the voucher number in the "Enter Redeem Code" area and click the "Redeem" button. Then click the "Continue" button to complete the registration process.

Please note: Registration does *not* need to be open in order for you to redeem your voucher, but it must be open in order for you to register for classes.

To redeem your Voucher/Gift Certificate while registration is closed, follow the instructions in steps 1, 2, 3, then log into your account as outlined in step 5. The Gift Certificate Balance will automatically be added to your account. That balance will then stay in your account until you are ready to use it. When registration opens, follow the instructions in steps 5 through 10 to use that balance to pay for your class.
