Age Requirements

There is no age requirement to take LVS classes. However, the majority of LVS students are adults and our classes are likely not suited to children under the age of 13 unless that child is able to comprehend instructions better than their peers. All minor children must have parental permission to take classes with us. Parents, please contact us to let us know that you are signing a minor child up for classes. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to the same email address.

I'd like to retake a class. How much will it cost?

• You may retake a course at the returning student rate.
  
  
• If you paid for a certificate during your initial attempt to take a course, that fee is transferrable to the retake. Please be sure to put "transfer certificate fee to this retake" in the comments section.
  
  
• If a medical crisis or family emergency interrupts your session be sure to contact us. We'll work with you to get you back into the next session.

What happens if I'll be away during part of the class?

The lessons remain online for the duration of the session and 30 days after the session has ended. If a certificate of completion is requested, you will need to contact the instructor to make arrangements if necessary.

I forgot my classroom username and/or password...what do I do?

If you forgot your classroom username and/or password, log in to your LVS Account by clicking on the My Account link in the left navigational menu. Once on the "Account Information" page, click on the "View or change my account information" link. You will see the classroom username and password that you provided there.

I forgot which class I registered for, how do I find out?

If you can't locate your registration confirmation, log in to your LVS Account by clicking on the My Account link in the left navigational menu. Once on the "Account Information" page, click on the "View" button next to each Registration Received line.

What if a class I want to take is full?

Some classes have an enrollment limit. If the course you wish to take is full, click on the Notify Me link and we will email you when the next session of the course becomes available for enrollment.
