How do I view/edit my LVS Account information?

1. Click on the "My Account" link in the left side navigation menu.
2. In the Log In section on that page, enter the email address¹ and password² that you provided when you created your account.
3. If you don't recall your account password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the password field.
4. Check your email inbox. A temporary password to access your account will be sent to you automatically from the server - it is the 4 characters listed AFTER your IP address. It will look something like this:
   Your new LVS Registration Account password is:
   Wow5
5. Once signed in, you may then change your account password back to something you can easily remember. The links to view/edit your account information will appear on the "My Account Information" page.

2. Once on the "Account Information" page click on the "Change my account password" link.

How do I view/change my classroom username and password?

1. Log in to your LVS account as outlined above.
2. Once on the "Account Information" page click on the "View or change my account information" link to change your classroom username, password, and/or email address.

How do I view/change my email address?

1. Log in to your LVS account as outlined above.
2. Once on the "Account Information" page click on the "View or change my account information" link to change your email address.
3. If you change your email address during the middle of a session, please contact us and your instructor(s) so that we can change it in your current profile.
4. You may also want to add your new email address to the Update Mailing List. If so, scroll to the bottom of this page and enter your the email address in the box then click on the Subscribe to Mailing List button.

How do I change my mailing and/or billing address?

1. Log in to your LVS account as outlined above.
2. Once on the "Account Information" page click on the "View or change entries in my address book".
3. Click on the Edit button below the address that you want to change.
4. If you change your mailing address during the middle of a session and are expecting a certificate, please contact us so that we can change it in your current profile.
